Diagnostic Instrument for Flaky Tests · TypeScript · Next.js · npm CLIFlakerad is a published npm CLI that diagnoses the root cause of flaky tests instead of masking them with retries. It reruns a failing test under four controlled conditions: fixed seed, frozen clock, isolated execution order, and an unmodified baseline, then attributes the cause based on which condition's measured failure rate delta resolves the failure. A seed fix implicates non deterministic input, a clock fix implicates a race condition, and isolation implicates shared test order state. When none resolve it, the tool abstains rather than guessing and flags the test as environment dependent for manual review. Every number shown in the terminal report, local SQLite history log, and companion Next.js site's live diagnostics comes from an actual fixture validated engine run. Ships with category specific remediation guidance for seeding, polling, state isolation, and service mocking.
